Our Love Story!
Bradley and I met when we were 18 years old. On our first date, we were supposed to go to a little diner in his town but on my way there he called and said there was a change of plans.
Instead, we went to a couple of car meets. (He’s always been a spontaneous one) The first one got shut down within minutes of us being there and by the end of the night, we were watching people race down dirt roads in the middle of farmlands. The most fun I’ve ever had on a date. Fast forward almost 4 years later and we found out we were pregnant! We were super scared but also beyond excited. We planned a gender reveal where Bradley got to do a burnout in his dad's Challenger. Once we saw that pink smoke I was so ecstatic I didn’t even realize how nervous Bradley looked. He walked up to me and hugged me and all I could think was “He must be upset, he must’ve wanted a boy” and then I realized why he seemed so nervous when he got down on his knee to propose! It was such a surreal moment I thought he was messing with me at first. I said yes and now we can’t wait to share such a special day with our friends and family. |
