SCHEDULE: Lunch lessons start at 10.30 a.m. and finish at around 2.30 p.m (including the meal). Dinner lessons start at 4.30 p.m. and finish at around 8.30 p.m. (including the meal).
MENU: I usually recommend our “Homemade Pasta Cooking Class” as it is the best way to learn how to make simple and wonderful recipes like pasta, ravioli, bolognese sauce, Tuscan bread and tiramisù. It is a delightful and relaxing experience. The “Full Tuscan Menu” class is our most complete experience. It includes the preparation of homemade pasta, a main course (pork loin roast or chicken cacciatora) and dessert (tiramisu or Tuscan jam tart). The price includes preparation, execution and serving of traditional Tuscan foods. We'll eat as friends! Relaxation and wine are included in the price.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: We have no problem accommodating most dietary restrictions. Let us know in advance what your needs are and we will make sure you have an alternative menu available. We can also accommodate gluten-intolerant guests. We must however specify that, since we work with flour every day, trace amounts of gluten are probably to be found in most of the dishes we prepare, thus is our concern that our classes may not be appropriate for people with celiac disease.
PRICES: “Homemade Pasta Cooking Class”: $112.67 per person “Full Tuscan Menu”: $138.27 per person Prices for children (ages 6-12): $51.21 Pricing subject to change based on the Euro to the dollar.
Payment will be made directly on the day of the lesson. But reservation must be made to Crystal & Clear Travel by August 5, 2022.
The school is located quite deep in the countryside south of San Gimignano, so the only way to get to it is by car. Crystal & Clear Travel will arrange transportation if you’re not looking to rent a car. Note - Transportation is an additional cost to the cooking class.
