DAY 1 - North America to Tahiti Board your award winning Air Tahiti Nui flight to Papeete, the international airport of French Polynesia. Tahiti is the largest island in French Polynesia and was formed from volcanic activity which explains the terrain of the island. This beautiful island is surrounded by coral reefs, black sand beaches, lush rainforests, deep valleys, high waterfalls, clear streams and rivers.The interior is very sparsely populated and most of the population lives in or near the capital, Papeete, the economic, cultural and political centre. 70 percent of the population here is indigenous. On arrival you will be met by local representative and transferred to your resort. The balance of the day is at your leisure. Duration 1 Night AccommodationTe Moana Tahiti Resort DAY 2 - Papeete to Moorea Following breakfast, transfers to the pier for the ferry crossing to Moorea. Moorea has been described as a “geographical marvel” which is praise indeed. The natural beauty of this island is nothing less than breathtaking with its pristine secluded beaches and lush mountains and valleys as well as a kaleidoscope of contrasting colors be it the turquoise sea, the white sand beaches or the dark green of the stunningly scenic interior. The wide shallow lagoon that surrounds the island makes it a perfect destination not only for swimming but for snorkeling and scuba diving. On arrival, you will be transferred to your resort where you have the rest of the day at leisure. Meal Plan -Breakfast Duration 5 Nights Accommodation Manava Beach Resort and Spa - Moorea DAY 3- Half Day ATV Discovery Tour After a quick driving lesson, go to the Bounty Plateau aboard your ATV, you will follow a track that will take you to a landscape full of Pineapples. After several passages in the rivers surrounding the mountain, you will reach the Opunohu Valley to discover local agriculture, then the Belvedere, a great opportunity to contemplate the 2 bays and the panorama. After your photo shoot, a short pause is proposed. Tasting the fruits from the agriculture High School is a good way to recover from the effort. As a finish, visit the place named "The Magic Mountain" considered as the Hotspot to take pictures and admire the landscape; you will make unforgettable memories of your trip... Meal Plan- Breakfast DAYS 4-6 - Moorea at Leisure Enjoy Moorea, the sister island of Tahiti. The natural beauty of this island is nothing less than breathtaking with its pristine secluded beaches, turquoise sea and lush mountains and valleys. Moorea maintains a small island feel and is known for its tranquility. The wide shallow lagoon that surrounds the island makes it a perfect destination not only for swimming but for snorkeling and scuba diving. You can do as much or as little as you’d like.
